As I am sure you are aware, New Hope was planning to have the Unrestricted Praise Event, in conjunction with ‘Dreams for Living’, on Saturday 19th June at Applemore College. Due to limited ticket purchases, it has become necessary to postpone this event for the time being.

If you already have purchased tickets, please see the Resource team this Sunday (or a subsequent Sunday), who will be happy to refund you.

We would like to express our thanks to Richard Kays for his time spent planning and organising the event. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the admin team or Resource team on Sunday.

New Hope Community Church's Sunday services, including KidzChurch, are now held at Applemore College. Services start at 10.30am

Google problems! (Jan/Feb 2009)
Some people have expressed some concern that the New Hope website is showing a warning that this site could potentially be harmful. This is a world-wide problem effecting millions of websites that show a "false" warning by Google who have acknowledged they have a glitch and are addressing the issue. Please be aware that this is totally out of the web designers hands and to give you peace of mind, please type New Hope's web address (or any website you wish to check) into the "look up a site report" bar at the bottom of McAfee's independant site advisor where it will show New Hope's website to be absolutely fine and not a threat to anyone who uses it. Please visit: www.siteadvisor.com

My advice for the time being is please do not use Google's search facility, but rather use Yahoo or MSN or another search engine or preferably type the address into the actual address bar at the top of your browser. Please watch this space for any updates about this issue.

If you still encounter a google problem or any other problem with the church website, please email Dave who will be only too happy to scream, pull his hair out, have a coffee and pray while attempting to fix it!

Great news! (not The Good News!) the church website is now Google friendly. You shouldn't have any problems now accessing the site through Google search or Google Chrome. If you do encounter a problem, then please keep it to yourself! Or email me and I'll try and sort it out.

Thursday 24th July 2008...New Website up and running! This is now the third new look website I've designed in the last seven years, and I hope you agree the best one yet! It has come about because of the exciting changes and growth at New Hope and will enable the site to host New Hope Shirley as well as any other church plants and other growth areas in the future.

Hope you like the new style and please email me if you encounter any problems with any pages as I continue to create and update a site for you to call home and to show your friends and family what New Hope is all about.
