'Shine like stars in the universe' (Phil 2:15)

Hello all you lovely ladies. We have had a fantastic couple of years since launching Shine, our exciting women's ministry. We have been meeting at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst for a bountiful breakfast, and some melting moments around the chocolate fountain!

But of course it's not just about the food! We've had a time of real enlightenment and encouragement hearing the variety of powerful words and testimonies from some of our awesome ladies here at church and from some great guest speakers from other churches.

There has been great feedback from the ladies, who've said they've gone away feeling uplifted, inspired and thoroughly pampered. My vision for Shine is to create an environment where us women can feel we can let go of the stresses and pressures of everyday life just for a morning, a place that's relaxed yet vibrant, a place that is rich in elegance and sophistication, where we can feel pampered and special and where our loving heavenly Father can come and speak truth and life into us so we as women can embrace all that God has for us and flourish in every area of our lives, not just for one morning, but for eternity!

So come on, ladies, come along to Shine and allow us to pamper you and let God inspire you to shine like stars in your world.
